Important Times

• Junior Presentation 5:00PM – 7:00PM
• Senior Presentation 7:30PM – 11:30PM
• Licensed Bar 6:30PM – 11:30PM

Age Restrictions and Supervision

• Guardian Responsibility: Guardians must always supervise minors while on the premises.
• Under 18 Supervision: Anyone under 18 years of age staying past the end of the Junior Presentation must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Under 16 Curfew: All attendees under 16 years of age must vacate the venue by 8:00 PM.

 Alcohol and Responsible Service (RSA)

• Legal Compliance: The sale and supply of alcohol will strictly comply with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).
• ID Requirements: Photo ID is required to purchase or consume alcohol.
• Minor Restriction: Alcohol will not be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18.
• Secondary Supply: Supply of alcohol to minors by any guest is strictly prohibited, illegal and will result in immediate eviction of both parties.
• Service Refusal: Club management and bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated patrons.

 Code of Conduct and Behaviour

• Standard of Conduct: All attendees must follow the Joondalup Lakers Hockey Club Code of Conduct.
• Ejection Policy: Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Staff Instructions: Attendees must follow all instructions given by club officials and venue staff.

 Ticketing and Refunds

• Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be transferred to another person without written club approval.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or removals due to behaviour.
